Harmoniq grew out of an HR platform built for, and used every day by, a Romanian company.

The requirements came from practice: performance that had to be measured with the company’s own formulas, managers who should see only their own people, legal holidays and leave rules from the Labour Code, training that had to be proved at inspection time.

We rebuilt it as a platform any company can use — in Romanian and English, hosted in the EU, with personal data protected by design rather than as an afterthought.

  • Private by design. Every list respects who may see what; sensitive data is encrypted.
  • Honest numbers. A score always shows how it was calculated; missing data is never guessed.
